Predominio is a very attractive solid chestnut gelding. His
sire, Portal, is by World and National Champion Classic Fino
stallion Vitral (Terremoto
de Manizales). His dam is Ofrenda
de Casta, an excellent performance mare by Picaflor (Capuchino)
that was very successful showing in Performance and
Pleasure.
Predominio shows balance and elegance in his conformation.
He has a lot of brio, is quick footed, well gaited, smart, and
eager to please. Predominio
showed for the first time this
year (2009) at 3 years old. He showed in both Bella Forma
and Pleasure geldings. He did extremely well obtaining the
following
awards:
- TOP TEN Geldings of the Year
- TOP (Title of Proficiency) - over 500 points
- HIGH POINT Bella Forma 3 year old Gelding
- RESERVE NAT'L CHAMPION Bella Forma 3 yo Gelding
- Third GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPION Bella Forma Gelding.
- Great Lakes PFHA High Point 3 yo Bella Forma Geldings
- Great Lakes PFHA High Point 3 yo Pleasure Schooling Colts
and Geldings.
All this in his first year of competition !!!
