Poetico is a beautiful solid dark bay colt who will likely turn
grey. He has had a beautiiful conformation since he was born
and seems to continue to go
through attractive stages. He is
by our stallion Portal who has earned his Legion of Merit in Classic
Fino and Bella Forma, out of Presencia. Presencia is a great
perfomrance type mare with a lot of power, brio, and hocks.
Unfortunately due to an injury that she incurred as a yearling
she was never shown. However, her ability
and bloodlines
are superb; she is a direct daughter of Amadeus out of a Capuchino
mare with Capuchino de Bochica on her dam side. Poetico seems
to have
inherited most of the better characteristics of all of
his ancestors. Poetico is elibible to participate both in the 2010
Breeder Sweepstakes class in 2010, as
well as in the Fabulous
Futurity classes in 2012.
